The source for this image is a old postcard, dated around 1923. The card contains the following message:

“Sent Luggage tonight (Thursday) should arrive for Saturday. Bringing 2 chickens. Coming on the bus mentioned. Willie”.

and was sent to the owner's great aunt, Bessie NEEDHAM, living in Chantry Cottage, Ashford, by her brother Willie NEEDHAM. The postmark is GLOSSOP 6 SP 23 (6th September 1923).
