Old Bath House from Bath Gardens, Bakewell
This building was built originally for “taking the waters” at Bakewell. In the early 20th century it was acquired by Lady Manners School as extra accomodation for 6th formers and Staff. It is now a home for the British Legion and known as “Haig House”. (Commentary provided by Rosemary Lockie) |
