Saxon Cross (Another View), Bakewell

Bakewell, Saxon Cross (Another View)

According to William Wood[1], this cross was formerly sited at “Four Lane Ends”, now more commonly known as Hassop Crossroads, where today the B6001 meets the B6020 at a roundabout, close to the former Hassop Railway Station. However according to Lindsey Porter[2] it used to be at Two Dales, in Darley Dale.
