Robin Hoods Stride (1), Elton
The Stride consists of three rocky outcrops and it's difficult to get shots of all three. Only two lots are featured in this group of photos. Peter says it would have been nice to be able to stitch this, and Robin Hood's Stride (2) to show them both, but he couldn't overlap the shots as they were taken through gaps in the houses... [Ed: Well you'll just have to imagine them stitched...] Both views are taken from Elton. (Commentary provided by Janet Kirk) |
