Padley Mill, Grindleford

Grindleford, Padley Mill

Padley Mill was originally a corn mill but later used as a saw mill and wire drawing mill. For a brief period (I think) it was a craft shop, but today it is a private house.

For those who like a taste of Then and Now, see this photograph overlaid with a modern one of the Padley Mill today.
