The date of this photograph isn't known for sure, but it is presumed 1920s is a fair guess as they are still using horses, although for that reason it might in fact be earlier - pre WWI, but I don't really know.

This is one of several old photographs acquired after a sort-out at the Peak National Park Authority's Study Centre.
