Stoney Middleton, Old Postcard Medley

Some classic scenes here, including one of the Mill Dam at the top.

Another card is in excellent condition, which contains the following message on the reverse:-

“Had a spiffing day in Derbyshire. Trust you are keeping well. Remember me to Lela and Ben”

It is addressed to Miss L. Adams, The White House, Hunton, Nr Maidstone, Kent; and the postmark is (possibly) SHEFFIELD 9.45 ?M and below 29 AU 4. As the postmark is so difficult to read this might be AM or PM and 29 August 1904 or 1914; and Sheffield is really a guess rather than a probability!
