Order of the British Empire, Officer of the Legion of Honour.
Awarded the Italian Military Medal for valour.
Surgeon Capt, Royal Navy who served his country with distinction
and honour. Born 13 May 1863 and died 13 March 1986
he was the 2nd son of H.C. & L.A. ANDREWS of Rockward
and nephew of Charles, Lord Denton who was generous benefactor
to this parish.
