Bacton, St Faith's Church (Dedication)


This board is just inside the porch. St Faith was a 3rd century martyr, who was condemned to suffer on a gridiron and was then beheaded.

The legend on the board reads:

Whosoever thou / art that enterest into
this Church, leave it / not without one
Prayer to God for / thyself, for those who
minister, and for those / who worship here.
