St Nicholas's Church, Charlwood
St Nicholas is a little cutie standing in a HUGE churchyard keeping its distance from the village, it seems. From a distance the church has an almost animal-like quality, giving an impression of looking up perkily to see who's coming! And no I had not been to the pub already - actually Charlwood had three pubs, rather excessive for a relatively small place......
