St John's Churchyard (Johnson Headstone), Burslem

The Inscription reads:

In Loving Memory of
Henry JOHNSON,
who died Oct. 16th 1847
aged 57 years
For forty years assistant
and Organist of this parish
church
Mary wife of the above
who died Jany 10th 1860
aged 71 years
Also Henry their son
who died July 3rd 1855
aged 37 years
Erected by their loving children
