St James's Church, Bratton

Bratton, St James's Church


St James's church is isolated above its village at the end of a leafy lane. It can be reached from the north by a footpath with hundreds of steps down into a lovely valley and back up to the church. It is cruciform and again almost all Perpendicular in style.
